1. Domestic Shipping Policy
We ship Australia wide.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, except for 'Made to Order'. In this instance please allow up to 7 days.
If your order consists of ready to ship and made to order, your order will be processed as one shipment and dispatched when your 'Made to Order' item has been made.
If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
Orders are not processed on weekends or NSW public holidays.

We use Australia Post to send your items and offer both standard and express shipping.

2. International Shipping Policy
We ship international orders with Australia Post.

3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. You'll be able to track your package, receive estimated delivery dates and request that it be left in a safe place using the AusPostapp or your MyPost account. Parcels can also be tracked on the Australia Post website. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing updates.
4. Lost products during shipping
We rely on Australia Post tracking service and proof of delivery records. If you believe an item has been misdelivered, please notify us within 48 hours for investigation. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will assist in lodging a claim with Australia Post. Compensation is subject to Australia Post policy.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
RedEco Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes etc). We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Exception: Deliveries to the United States
CBP (U.S. Customs and Border Protection) advised that duties and taxes must be paid and collected on goods (of any value - The USD$800 exemption for low-value goods has been removed for postal and commercial sending.) prior to the goods entering the US and its overseas territories. This means that the duties must be paid to CBP by the sender of the goods and not the receiver of the goods.
Australia Post has partnered with Zonos®, an authorised US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) third-party provider for services regarding the collection and remittance of duties to CBP.
RedEco studio has a Zonos verified account for duties to be calculated, collected and paid to CBP via Zonos®, prior to goods arriving in the US.
For that purpose we are collecting duties and taxes at checkout which will be added to your total order. You can still enjoy free international standard shipping with any order over AUD $200!
